Global risk of dispersion of radionuclides from potential nuclear accidents

As part of my PhD studies I attended the course “Data Structures”, offered by the Computational Sciences PhD program of The Cyprus Institute. The final assignment of the course required a visualisation of real data, obtained from T. Christoudias et al. (doi:10.5194/acpd-13-30287-2013). The data concerned the Global risk of dispersion of radionuclides from potential nuclear accidents at various planned or existing nuclear power stations in the Middle East Area.
In order to visualise the data, I used the open source software Paraview to create the visualisations and the iMovie software for video editing. Click here to see the video.
